Our apartment is 7 kilometers (8 minutes by car) away from Ponta Delgada International airport. The best way to get here is by car or taxi. If you plan to stay on the island for a few days, the best option might be renting a car.
No. Bed sheets, linens, and towels are provided and included in your daily rate. You will find the double bed and the sofa-bed (if needed) with fresh bed linen when you arrive. We provide one small towel, one hand towel and one large shower towel for each tenant in the apartment. You will also find a starting package with some toiletries such as toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Whenever a new guest arrives all sheets, pillowcases, and towels are changed.
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 adults and a baby. It is not possible to add extra beds for additional guests. A baby crib and chair are available on request free of charge.
No, you are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. However, you can smoke on the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge and a freezer, an oven, an induction stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Also, cookware and dishware are available for you to cook your own meals.
There is a “Casa Cheia” supermarket 950 meters away (10 minutes by walking and 4 minutes by car) with everything you need. You will also find “Continente Modelo” and “Hiper Solmar” hypermarkets nearby (around 2 km).
Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 00:00. The check-out must be done until 12:00. Arrival time should be announced in advance in order to organize the check-in and key delivery.
Yes, the apartment has a Wi-Fi service at your disposal.
Of course, children are welcome. In case you need a baby crib, please contact us in order to make it available in the apartment upon your arrival. Maximum capacity of a baby crib in a room is 1.
Yes, you can find free public parking spaces nearby (reservation is not possible).
No, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
If you have booked through our website booking form, contact form, or e-mail, you need to contact us by e-mail in order to cancel your reservation. Any changes to your reservation must be made as early as possible. Be aware that cancelation fees might occur. You can see our cancelation policies here.
Our cancellation policy:
- Before 30 days from the booked arrival date – free of charges (full refund)
- Less than 30 days before the booked arrival date – 100% of the booking cost (no refund)
- Early departure – 100% of the booking cost (the nights not spent will not be refunded)
- No show – 100% of the booking cost (no refund)
All cancellations should be communicated in writing via e-mail as soon as possible.
